C-battery ranks second in Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50

Deloitte recently announced the full Technology Fast 50 ranking, the list of Belgium’s fastest-growing technology companies. C-battery, the Belgian developer of modular battery energy storage systems (BESS) based in Oudenaarde, takes second place with growth of more than 3,000%.

From ambitious idea to scale-up

C-battery started in 2021 in a garage, with a handful of people and an ambitious plan. That plan has since grown into an established player: the team in Oudenaarde has expanded considerably and our batteries are continuously being improved. This ranking is a fine recognition of all the work behind it.

What hasn’t changed since that garage is the drive. Our team keeps looking for what can be smarter, faster and more efficient. That urge to innovate is present in everything we do, from the design of our modular systems to the way we put them into practice together with our customers.
